No Quota Backlogs 

While multi-year backlogs exist for many employment and family based green card categories, the EB-5 investor category is free of quota backlogs, making it one of the quickest methods of attaining legal residency.

No Sponsor Needed 

Foreign investors use their own personal funds and do not require sponsorship from either an employer or a family member.

Permanent Residency Lifestyle 

Foreign investors may enter a limited partnership with few or no day-to-day management responsibilities for their investment program. This allows foreign investors to live and work in the United States in any capacity.

Advantages of the Palm Beach Regional Center

Attractive Minimal Participation Levels

The Palm Beach Regional Center allows foreign investors to invest in prearranged programs at two levels of investment - $500,000 in more than forty county-wide locations that have unemployment at 150% or more of the national average; and $1,000,000 in all other locations. Administrative fees are in addition to the investment.

One-Stop Shop

Palm Beach Regional Center’s General Partners also operate the World Trade Center Palm Beach and other affiliated companies that together provide many of the services necessary for the fulfillment of the Regional Center’s activities.
